This folder contains the original Knowledge Transfer Process documentation (two source files). It has not yet been converted to the standard kit structure (00-start-here through 05-build-skill + agent process track).

Conversion Work Required

1. Extract the consultant methodology from both source docs
2. Define terminology and locked vocabulary
3. Build the agent process track (AI-assisted steps)
4. Create a golden example
5. Write the QC checklist
6. Write the build skill

Notes

• Two source docs cover the same methodology — overview + implementation
• Original methodology is human-execution only; needs AI-assisted track added
• May connect to Educate and Delegate™ kit
