03b — Bev Stitely Advisory Roadmap (Placeholder)
This is a placeholder. Bev's roadmap has not been built. The interview has not yet been conducted.
Blocker: Bev's golden requires a live interview per file 06 of the universal kit. The 4/28 manager's meeting, 4/29 debrief with Steven and Jess, and her four MM appearances provide substrate for the patterns and the package-design layer — but they don't replace the structured interview that produces a golden-quality roadmap. She named the gap herself on 5/11: "I don't have a real good advisory onboarding document — I pulled up what accounting had and it was all technical."

- Human-checkpoint requirement: No auto-updates to client records from AI; practitioner review required.
- The employee-vs-client gap (her 5/11 discovery): Bev's existing onboarding document faces the employee, not the client. The kit produces the client-facing version she doesn't have.
Open items before production
- The interview must happen first. Per file 06 of the universal kit, no shortcut.
- Specifically extract: welcome experience format; first-win mechanic specific to Bev's institutional practice; mutual responsibility doc current state; visual deliverables in seasonal meetings; cadence specifics (months, purposes).
- Confirm the table of services can be shared / generalized as a kit template (Bev agreed on 5/18 to share with the Facebook group; need her sign-off to embed pattern in the kit).
- Confirm Bev's renewal date (currently TBD in reference data).
When this gets replaced
After Bev's interview is conducted (per file 06), production runs against the universal kit. The output replaces this placeholder. Once Bev's golden exists, the universal kit's file 03 (composite) gets a Mode 2 pass to add the institutional layer.
