00 — START HERE: TPC Advisory Onboarding Kit (Scoped Overlay)
This kit is a thin scoped overlay on kit-advisory-onboarding. It holds TPC-cohort-specific data. For methodology, terminology, quality, and output skill — go to the universal kit.
What This Is
The TPC-cohort-specific layer of the Advisory Onboarding Kit. Holds:
- Per-member golden roadmaps (Rob lean variant, Bev institutional variant)
- TPC member-specific tool stacks, team names, package-design specifics
- The 5/18 package-design layer addition as it applies to TPC members
- Cohort-specific terminology overrides (none currently — the universal terminology applies)
Audience: Kathryn + TPC members. Not shippable outside TPC without redaction.
What's NOT in This Kit
This kit deliberately does NOT contain:
- The methodology (lives in universal kit, file 05)
- The interview protocol (lives in universal kit, file 06)
- The quality checklist (lives in universal kit, file 04)
- The terminology lock (lives in universal kit, file 02)
- The patterns + design constraints (lives in universal kit, file 01)

TPC-specific package-design notes
- Bev's table of services — Excel sheet attached to engagement letter. Marked services included; unmarked listed but separately priced. October cutoff rule for tax-return inclusion. Gym-membership framing with 5% annual increase. Cleanup-as-separate-project pattern. This is the institutional model the kit's package-design layer references.
- Rob's lean package — one tier with named carve-outs. Investment management is a separate commission arrangement (Rob does NOT have the series license yet; explored on 4/29 — pending).
- Diane's coaching package — group + 1:1 + activation cycle defined; project work scoped separately.
Cohort-level reference data
All TPC member-specific proper nouns (names, firms, tools) live in business-aos/cyp/tpc/tpc-reference-data.md and per-member files in business-aos/cyp/tpc/members/[name]/.
The universal kit's terminology file references these as the authoritative source for TPC-specific renderings. Outside TPC, the equivalent cohort reference data file applies.
What's Coming
After Rob's roadmap is built (03a) and Bev's interview is conducted (leading to 03b), the universal kit's file 03 (currently placeholder) can be replaced with an anonymized composite derived from Rob + Bev — that work happens via kit-builder Mode 2 on the universal kit, not in this scoped kit.
