03 — Golden Example (Placeholder)
This is a placeholder. No golden example exists yet for the Advisory Onboarding Kit. Per kit-builder Mode 1 exception clause: "If the kit is new and no deployment has happened yet, the golden example can be a placeholder with structural specifications."
What the golden example will be
The golden example will be a composite client-facing roadmap that demonstrates the kit's structure across two practice models — lean (Rob's practice) and institutional (Bev's practice) — without baking either member's proprietary content into the kit's spine.
The composite will be anonymized at the universal-kit level. Member-specific roadmaps with named tools, named team members, and named first-win examples live in the scoped cohort kit at kit-tpc-advisory-onboarding/03a-tpc-golden-rob.html and 03b-tpc-golden-bev.html — not in this file.
Structure the golden must demonstrate
The composite golden example must structurally show:
- The trigger — named clearly at the top, with the conditions that must be true (signed agreement + payment received)
- The pre-scheduled cadence — calendar view of the year's advisory meetings, booked before work starts
- The first win — identified at kickoff, dollar-measurable, delivered within 30 days, with the client's role and the firm's role named
- The welcome experience — what the client receives between trigger and kickoff (welcome video, letter, gift, or combination)
- The mutual-responsibility doc reference — what the firm does, what the client does, by when
- The package-design boundary — what's included, what's a separate project (for institutional variant)
- The completion gate — criteria-based, not time-based, the conditions that signal onboarding is done
- Two paths annotated structurally — lean variant and institutional variant shown side-by-side or stacked, with the universal spine elements consistent across both
Production trigger
The golden gets produced when:
- Rob's roadmap is built from his 4/29 interview (becomes
03a-tpc-golden-rob.html in the scoped kit)
- Bev's interview is conducted and her roadmap is built (becomes
03b-tpc-golden-bev.html)
- The composite gets derived from those two — anonymized, generalized, structurally annotated
- Replaces this placeholder via kit-builder Mode 2
Until then
Producers running this kit should use the cohort-specific goldens in kit-tpc-advisory-onboarding/ as structural references. Apply file 04 (quality) and file 05 (output skill) against those concrete examples until the universal composite is built.
