Future Product Ideas (Not Part of Current Expansion)

Captured during Phase 10 expansion of Claude Skills for Independent Consultants. These are separate product lines — vertical expansions, PBOS member resources, and Cohort deliverables.

Vertical Expansions (Separate Product Lines)

Claude Skills for Wealth Advisors — Prompt Pack (Claude Skills)

Vertical: RIAs and wealth advisors at $500K-$2M Concept: Same 8 operational categories, same speed promise, tuned for wealth management — AUM reviews, client financial plans, compliance-sensitive communications, succession conversations, COI referral sequences. Estimated size: 40-50 skills Pricing: $39-59 Notes: Requires separate expert profile for wealth advisory domain. High urgency due to succession crisis in the industry. Year-round outbound potential.

Claude Skills for Accounting Firms — Prompt Pack (Claude Skills)

Vertical: CPA practice owners at $500K-$2M Concept: Same operational backbone, tuned for CPA practices — seasonal rhythms, engagement letters, tax season communications, client retention during off-season, staff delegation during busy season. Estimated size: 40-50 skills Pricing: $39-59 Notes: Requires separate expert profile for accounting domain. Seasonal outbound constraint (May-Dec only, list-build Jan-Apr). Built around the seasonal reality CPAs live in.

PBOS Member Resources

The Kit, the Diagnostic, and the Command Center together make PBOS onboarding feel like a $500 experience on Day 1. That's Hormozi's value equation working for retention — the member feels smart for joining before the first month is up.

Practice Command Center — Notion Template ($49-79)

Position: PBOS member resource (weekly operational tool) Concept: Pre-built Notion workspace designed around the 52 skills. Client dashboard with linked skill outputs per client. Weekly/monthly/quarterly rhythm views that surface "run this skill now" triggers. Pipeline tracker connected to BD skills. Engagement tracker connected to delivery skills. Why PBOS, not OTO: On an OTO page to cold traffic, it requires explaining Notion AND the template AND why they need it — too many concepts. Inside PBOS, it's the infrastructure layer members use weekly. It becomes the reason PBOS feels like a system, not just a membership. Pair it with the Practice Kit (which is already moving inside PBOS as onboarding) and members get: analytical engines (Kit) + an organized workspace (Command Center) from Day 1.

Practice Diagnostic — Workbook ($19-29)

Position: PBOS onboarding assessment Concept: Guided diagnostic workbook that helps consultants identify where their practice is leaking time, money, and capacity. Points to specific skills to run first based on findings. Why PBOS, not OTO: The sequencing is wrong for the checkout page — it diagnoses problems before offering solutions, but the buyer already bought the solutions. Inside PBOS, the sequencing is perfect. New member joins → runs the Diagnostic → sees exactly where their practice is leaking → the Diagnostic points them to specific skills to run first. This becomes the PBOS onboarding assessment alongside the Practice Kit. The Kit builds their Practice Brain. The Diagnostic tells them what to fix first.

Practice Growth Playbooks — Guide ($79-129)

Position: PBOS monthly content (20 months of strategic depth) Concept: 20 deep-dive strategic playbooks covering the hardest decisions in solo consulting: pricing architecture, referral pipeline design, retainer model transition, capacity optimization, offer suite design, client profitability analysis, partnership strategy, exit planning. Each playbook is 2,000-3,000 words with frameworks, decision trees, and implementation steps. Each references the Claude Skills that execute the playbook's recommendations. Why PBOS, not OTO: Too much strategic depth for an OTO to cold traffic. Inside PBOS, these are the monthly deep-dives that justify the $97/mo. One playbook per month — "this month we're covering pricing architecture, here's the playbook, here are the skills that execute it, bring your questions to the community." That's 20 months of content. Kern would say this is the long-game relationship builder that keeps members renewing.

Cohort Deliverables

The Workflows and custom SOPs make the Cohort deliverable feel worth $7,500 — members leave with systems they built AND the tools to run them.

Multi-Step Practice Workflows — 20 Claude Skills ($59-89)

Position: Cohort advanced toolkit (12-week build) Concept: 20 production-grade Claude Skills that chain individual skills into complete sequences. New Client Workflow (intake → onboarding → kickoff → first session prep). Proposal-to-SOW Pipeline (diagnostic → proposal → pricing → SOW → follow-up). Quarterly Practice Review (profitability → capacity → pipeline → plan update). Each workflow skill asks for inputs once and produces multiple connected outputs. Why Cohort, not OTO: Too much overwhelm as an OTO after buying 52 skills. Inside the Cohort, they're the advanced toolkit members use during their 12-week build. The concept brief already lists "AOS Methodology Toolkit" as a Cohort deliverable — workflows could be part of that. Members who've been using individual skills for weeks through PBOS are ready for chained workflows. Quality expectation at $7,500 is different than at a $7 checkout.

Customized SOPs — Cohort Deliverable

Position: Cohort Week 12 takeaway Concept: A deeper, customized version of the SOP Manual — SOPs built around the specific system each Cohort member is deploying. Each member walks out of Week 12 with SOPs tailored to their build. Different from the generic 40-SOP product on the OTO page. Why Cohort, not OTO: The SOP Manual works as OTO2 in the tripwire stack as a generic product. But a deeper, customized version — SOPs built around the specific system each Cohort member is deploying — is a Cohort deliverable. Each member walks out of Week 12 with SOPs tailored to their build. That's different from the generic 40-SOP product on the OTO page.
