Model: Structured like OTO2 — "DFY Claude Project — Practice Operating System" (Notion page 36aa879ece9d80c5b5fadf843f100a53). Done-for-you Claude Project the buyer sets up: Project Instructions + skill bundle + 5-minute intake, delivered as a Notion setup page. NOT a browsable database product.
Type: DFY Claude Project (Project Instructions + curated skill bundle + conversational intake) Niche: Client/advisory onboarding for CPA / EA / tax-advisory practices ICP: CPA/EA and tax-advisory practice owners onboarding new advisory clients. Onboarding currently runs ad hoc and out of their head — inconsistent, slow, dependent on them personally. Value Proposition: A done-for-you Claude Project that runs your entire client onboarding. Paste the instructions, upload the skills, and your first onboarding deliverable is 5 minutes away. Funnel Position: OTO2-tier (~$97) — premium one-time offer, same mold as the DFY Practice Operating System.

This is not a generate-from-scratch build. The pieces exist. The Rewyse work is assembling the DFY Notion setup page + skill sub-pages, mirroring the OTO2 DFY page.

Delivery Mode
page — a single Notion DFY setup page in the OTO2 format: callout intro → "How This Works" (the 3-piece table) → "Setup — Do These in Order" (4 steps) → Project Instructions page + grouped skill list (each skill its own sub-page) → "Start Working" → Tips → FAQ. The buyer copies the Project Instructions and exports each skill page to .md.
Notes
- Build path is lightweight (like OTO2, not like the tripwire database): assemble the Notion setup page, drop in the Project Instructions, and add the 14 skills as sub-pages grouped by stage. No content generation — Phases 2–7 of the standard Rewyse pipeline are skip/minimal; the work is Phase 8-style page design in the DFY format.
- Single practice type (CPA/EA/advisory). The OTO2 DFY covers Consulting + CPA general operations; this is the deeper onboarding-specific system. Could later add a Consulting onboarding variant the same way OTO2 split practice types.
- Maturity framing: AI-MATURITY-LEVELS positions this as the Level-2 productized artifact; July in-person retreat builds Level 3.
