Format: Single-file HTML tools that run in browser

Four types:

  1. Calculator — Numbers in, insight out
  2. Assessment — Score yourself, get diagnosis
  3. Diagnostic — Answer questions, get recommendation
  4. Finder — Filter options, get matches

DM sequence:

  1. Deliver tool (immediate)
  2. Follow-up (24-48 hrs) — "Did you get a chance to try it?"
  3. Bridge to TL piece — "Here's the full breakdown"
  4. Soft ask — "Want to talk through what you found?"
