Terms of Use

Provider: Creating Your Plan / Kathryn H Brown

By accessing or purchasing any product, program, or resource offered by Practice Builders, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased or downloaded materials within your own business. This includes employees and contractors engaged to perform work for your business under your direction.

This license permits you to:

› Download and use all included files, supporting documents, and any session recordings for your own business operations

› Use the frameworks, prompts, and systems within your own business, including to produce work for your clients, customers or members

› Share completed outputs with your team, clients, customers or members. This permission covers the resulting work, not giving others access to use the resource itself

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

› Give away, share, distribute, resell or repackage the resource itself outside your business without written permission, including its skill files, prompts, written framework materials, structure, recordings and supporting documents

› Give clients, customers, members or other businesses access to use the resource themselves without written permission, including through a shared AI assistant, portal, membership, course or resource library

› Redistribute or provide access to a rebranded, repackaged or modified version of the resource without written permission. Modifying the resource does not grant permission to distribute it

› Claim these systems, frameworks, or materials as your own intellectual property

› Share Zoom session links or recordings with anyone who is not authorized to access that session or recording

3. Commercial Use & Licensing

A separate license and written permission are required before you:

› Make the resource available for clients, customers, members or other businesses to use themselves

› Distribute the resource or provide access to use it through a membership, course, training program or resource library outside your business

› Provide access to the resource through a shared AI assistant, portal, app or other offering, even when users do not receive the underlying file

These restrictions apply whether you charge separately, include access in another fee or provide it at no charge. Using the resource within your own business to produce completed outputs for clients, customers or members is permitted under Section 1. If a resource includes different license or use terms, those terms govern that resource. Contact kathryn@creatingyourplan.com to discuss licensing options.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within any product, program, or resource offered by Practice Builders — including but not limited to skill files, frameworks, prompts, session recordings, and supporting documentation — is the intellectual property of Creating Your Plan and Kathryn H Brown and is protected by copyright law.

5. No Guarantees

Products and programs may include live sessions, recorded content, downloadable resources, and digital tools. Your results will vary and depend on many factors, including but not limited to your background, experience, client base, and how you apply what you learn. Creating Your Plan and Kathryn H Brown make no guarantees regarding specific business results, revenue, or outcomes.

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and terms vary by product and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Any applicable refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified for that product by emailing kathryn@creatingyourplan.com.

Free resources are not eligible for refunds.

7. Session Access

Zoom links for live sessions are for registered participants only. Do not share session links or allow others to attend using your registration. Recordings of live sessions will be made available to registered participants only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Creating Your Plan and Kathryn H Brown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use any materials provided.

9. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product, program, or resource at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use and will notify users of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Creating Your Plan operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
