FB + IG Profile Refresh — CYP / Practice Builders
Purpose: Make both profiles look active and aligned before ads run. When someone sees an ad and clicks through to the page, the profile should confirm: this is a real person running a real business, and the content matches what the ad promised. Brand: Practice Builders (CYP visual style) Tool: Canva (Kathryn executes)
Facebook Page: facebook.com/creatingyourplan
Cover Photo
Dimensions: 820 x 312 px (desktop). Mobile crops to center 640 x 360 px — keep text in center safe zone.
Design spec (Canva):
- Background: Deep teal (#0f2d3e) solid or teal-to-slate gradient (#0f2d3e → #3e666e)
- Left side: Kathryn headshot (existing Convertri asset, or a new professional photo if available). Cropped from chest up. Natural lighting preferred — not studio-polished.
- Right side, centered vertically:
- Line 1: Practice Builders — Fraunces serif, cream (#f1ede6), 28-32px
- Line 2: Claude skills for professional services practices — Montserrat, cream at 70% opacity, 14-16px
- Line 3: thepracticebuilders.ai — Montserrat, gold (#b79d64), 12-14px, weight 600
- Gold accent: 2px horizontal line between line 1 and line 2, width ~200px, centered under "Practice Builders"
- No logo needed — the text IS the brand on this cover. Keep it clean.
Mobile safe zone check: All text should sit within center 640 x 360 px. Headshot can extend to left edge (will crop on mobile, that's fine).
Page Name
Keep as: Creating Your Plan (changing Facebook page names is slow/unreliable — not worth the friction before ad launch)
Bio / About Section
Short Description (155 chars max):
Claude skills for professional services practice owners. Built by Kathryn Brown. 25 years in operations.
Long Description (About section):
I build Claude skills for professional services practices — consulting firms, wealth advisors, CPAs, agencies.
Each skill reads from your actual practice data (clients, services, pricing, outcomes) and produces output you can act on the same day. Not prompts. Not chatbot conversations. Structured instruction sets that run on your real information.
Current skills:
→ Client Intelligence Brief — prep for any client call in 2 minutes
→ Client Expansion Finder — surface growth hiding in your existing roster
→ Proof Engine — turn completed work into case studies and testimonials
→ SOW Machine — generate scoped proposals with your pricing and proof attached
Everything runs on Claude (claude.ai). You keep what you build.

P1 Checks
- Twinning: CLEAR
- Mirror reversals: CLEAR
- Question-revelation arcs: CLEAR
- Correction-revelation compound: CLEAR
P2 Checks
- Three-beat parallel lists: FB long description has a 4-item skill list with arrows — this is a literal product catalog, not a rhetorical device. PASS (data pattern exception).
- Formulaic setup: "Not prompts. Not chatbot conversations." — two negations followed by what it IS. This is definitional clarification, not "Most people think X." PASS.
- Quotable lines: CLEAR
P3 Checks
- Dramatic beats: CLEAR
- Rhetorical hand-holding: CLEAR
- Identical openers: CLEAR
Voice Quality Test
- Can I see it in my head? YES — specific skills, specific output
- Could someone call BS? NO — each skill claim is backed by built assets
- Could a competitor copy-paste? NO — Claude-specific, practice-specific
- Names a pattern? N/A for bio copy — this is positioning, not content
Result: PASS
Notes for Kathryn
- Do the cover photo first. It's the first thing people see when they land on the page from an ad. A blank or outdated cover photo kills trust instantly.
- The long description can be updated later. Get the cover + short description + action button live before April 1.
- Instagram is secondary. If time is tight, just update the bio and profile photo. The highlights can wait.
- No need to purge old posts. Old content on the page is fine — it shows history. The reactivation posts (asset #6) will push recent content to the top.
- Handle change: If the IG handle is @creatingyourplan and you want @practicebuilders or similar — don't change it right before a campaign. Keep the existing handle for now. Revisit after April 22.
