Email 1 — The Thing That Makes Monday Work
Subject: The difference between good and great on Monday Preview text: Same skill. Completely different output. Here's why. Type: Scheduled campaign — Wednesday, April 16
Quick story.
I ran the client expansion system with two practice owners last month. Same skill. Same session. Same instructions.
One of them got back a list that said "you have growth opportunities in your client base."
The other got back: "Client X is paying $4,200/year but should be on three services totaling $11,500. Here's the gap. Here's the outreach email."
Same skill. Wildly different output.
The difference was the Practice Brain.
The first person rushed through it. General descriptions, vague pricing, a few client names. The second person spent 40 minutes and gave real detail — actual services, actual rates, actual client situations.
The skill is only as specific as the data you give it.
If you haven't started — start now. If you've started but skimmed a few sections, go back and add detail. It's the single highest-leverage thing you can do before Monday.

Notes for Kathryn
- Delivery email (separate file) is the only automation — fires immediately on purchase via ThriveCart → MailerLite.
- All 4 emails in this file are scheduled campaigns. Create them in MailerLite, set the dates, send to the Build buyer group. No automation logic needed.
- Late buyers (after April 16) will miss the earlier scheduled emails but still get the delivery email immediately and whatever scheduled emails haven't sent yet.
- Every Practice Brain mention links to the delivery page.
- No re-selling. They already bought. Every email serves one purpose: Practice Brain done, show up.
