Buyer Email Sequence — The Build: Find, Prove, Close

Audience: People who purchased The Build Platform: MailerLite Goal: Practice Brain completed + show up Monday prepared

Timing

The delivery email (separate file: delivery-email-build.md) fires immediately on purchase via ThriveCart → MailerLite. It handles registration confirmation, Practice Brain links, Zoom link, schedule, and calendar adds. That IS Email 1.

All remaining emails are scheduled campaigns sent to the Build buyer group on fixed dates. No automation needed beyond the delivery email.

Email 1 — The Thing That Makes Monday Work

Quick story.

I ran the client expansion system with two practice owners last month. Same skill. Same session. Same instructions.

One of them got back a list that said "you have growth opportunities in your client base."

The other got back: "Client X is paying $4,200/year but should be on three services totaling $11,500. Here's the gap. Here's the outreach email."

Same skill. Wildly different output.

Zero? Go now. 40 minutes. You'll thank yourself Monday at 12:15 when everyone else's output is specific and yours is too.
