Post-Build Email Sequence — After The Event

Audience: People who purchased and attended The Build Platform: MailerLite Timing: Email 1 = day after Session 3 (April 23), then spaced over 12 days Goal: Reinforce usage, surface wins, introduce Practice Builders ($97/mo) and Advisory OS path Preceding sequence: Buyer sequence (5 emails, pre-event)

Email 1 — What Did You Build?

Subject: What did you build this week? Send: Day 1 (April 23)

3 sessions. 3 skills. Built on your data.

I want to know what came out of it.

Reply to this email and tell me 1 thing that surprised you — something a skill surfaced that you didn't expect. Maybe it was a client you'd lost track of, or a proposal you'd been sitting on that suddenly had real language attached to it.

These replies help me make the next cohort better. And if something didn't work the way you expected, I want to know that too.

1 more thing — the skills you installed don't expire. They run on your Practice Brain, which means they get more useful as you update those documents. Close a new client? Add them to your roster. Finish an engagement? Run the Proof Engine again. The output gets sharper every time.

Talk soon.

Email 2 — The Weekly Rhythm

Subject: Run these once a week Send: Day 4 (April 26)

Here's the rhythm I recommend for the 3 skills you built:

Monday morning (15 minutes): Run the Client Expansion Finder. Scan for shifts — who's overdue for a conversation, who's using one service when they could use two, where the opening is this week.

After any completed engagement: Run the Proof Engine. 1 engagement produces a case study, a testimonial request, and a LinkedIn post. Do this while the details are fresh — waiting a month means you lose the specifics.

Before any proposal conversation: Run the SOW Machine. Feed it the prospect conversation and let it generate the first draft. Edit from there instead of starting from a blank document.

This isn't a daily habit. It's 3 tools you reach for at the right moment. The Practice Brain makes them fast because the context is already loaded.

If you haven't run any of them since Wednesday — pick one and run it today. Start with whichever feels most urgent.

Email 3 — What Comes Next

Subject: The Build was Month 1 Send: Day 7 (April 29)

You now have 3 skills and a Practice Brain. That's more operational infrastructure than most practices build in a year.

And there's more to build.

Client onboarding. Pricing analysis. Quarterly business reviews. SOPs that capture how your team actually works. Content production that sounds like you instead of a template. Each one is a skill that runs on the same Practice Brain you already have.

I'm building a monthly membership where practice owners install 1 new skill every month, live, with me walking through the build. Same format as The Build — your data, your machine, output you use that week.

It's called Practice Builders. Monthly membership. Founding members get in at a rate that won't come back.

I'll have details in a few days. Wanted you to hear about it first.

Email 4 — Two Paths

Subject: Two ways to keep building Send: Day 9 (May 1)

After The Build, I've seen two patterns:

Pattern 1: "I want more skills. I'll build them myself."

That's Practice Builders. Every month you get a new skill, built live with me, installed on your machine. You keep your Practice Brain updated and the skills keep getting more useful. $97/month for founding members. You own everything you build.

Pattern 2: "I see what's possible. I don't have the bandwidth to build it all."

That's Advisory OS. I diagnose the constraint, build the systems, and deploy them into your practice. Working systems installed and handed off — not advice, not templates. Starts with a conversation.

Both paths start from where you are right now — 3 working skills and a Practice Brain that knows your practice.

If you already know which one fits, reply and tell me. If you're not sure, reply anyway and I'll tell you what I'd recommend based on what I saw you build this week.

Email 5 — Founding Rate Closes

Subject: Founding member pricing closes [DATE] Send: Day 12 (May 4)

Practice Builders founding member rate closes [DATE].

Here's what members get:

$97/month. You keep every skill you build, even if you cancel.

The founding rate locks in for as long as you stay a member. When I open it to the public, the price goes up.

If you'd rather talk about done-for-you deployment, reply to this email and we'll set up a conversation about Advisory OS.
