The Build — Weekend Launch Plan

Goal: Meta ads live Monday morning, April 6. Budget: $20/day × 14 days (April 6-19) = $280


Saturday, April 45

Morning Block (after MicroMagnet session)

Claude builds:

  1. Meta campaign setup guide — step-by-step, specific to THIS campaign, baby steps, zero jargon
  2. thepracticebuilders.ai homepage — simple, CYP brand, links to The Build sales page

Kathryn reviews pages (30 min each, can go faster):

  1. CIB opt-in page (wip/opt-in-cib.html) — this is where ads send traffic
  2. Thank you page (wip/thank-you-cib.html) — post-capture, sells The Build
  3. Sales page (wip/the-build-sales-page.html) — standalone, linked from emails + FB

For each: open the HTML locally, review, tell Claude what to fix. Once approved, it's ready for Convertri.

Afternoon Block

Kathryn sets up platforms:

  1. MailerLite — create account if needed, create form for CIB opt-in, create automation triggers (new subscriber → deliver CIB, tag buyer vs non-buyer)
  2. Stripe — create The Build product ($47), get payment link
  3. Convertri — paste approved HTML into pages:

Connect the plumbing:

  1. MailerLite form embed code → paste into opt-in page on Convertri
  2. Stripe payment link → paste into thank you page + sales page on Convertri
  3. MailerLite automation: new subscriber → sends CIB skill file download link

Sunday, April 56

Morning Block

Kathryn reviews email sequences:

  1. Nurture sequence — 5 emails (wip/nurture-sequence-cib.md) → paste into MailerLite
  2. Buyer sequence — 5 emails (wip/buyer-sequence-the-build.md) → paste into MailerLite

Set up automations in MailerLite:

  1. Non-buyer trigger: CIB opt-in + no Stripe purchase after 24hrs → nurture sequence
  2. Buyer trigger: Stripe purchase tag → buyer sequence

Midday Block

Facebook prep (page must look alive before ads run):

  1. Review + post first 2-3 reactivation posts (wip/fb-reactivation-posts.md + wip/fb-post-images.html)
  2. Update FB profile/about/bio (wip/fb-ig-profile-refresh.md)
  3. Upload cover photo (wip/fb-cover-photo.html — screenshot to image, upload)

Afternoon Block

Meta Ads setup (using the setup guide from Saturday):

  1. Confirm Meta ad account access / Business Manager
  2. Create campaign in Ads Manager (following guide step by step)
  3. Upload ad creative — 5 variations (wip/ad-creative-cib-batch-001.md + wip/ad-images.html)
  4. Set targeting, budget ($20/day), schedule (start Monday morning)
  5. Install Meta pixel on Convertri pages

End-to-end funnel test:

  1. Click ad preview → lands on opt-in page
  2. Submit email → receive CIB delivery email from MailerLite
  3. Click through to thank you page → see Stripe payment button
  4. Click Stripe link → payment page loads correctly
  5. Check sales page loads independently

Monday Morning, April 67

  1. Ads go live
  2. Monitor first 24hrs — check spend, impressions, click-through, opt-ins
