Campaign Rules (Updated Apr 16)
- Image rows = outcomes, not process steps. Test: "would a practice owner say 'I want that'?"
- "Claude skill" in first sentence of every handraiser post
- Every post gets TWO files: HTML (image + analysis) + .txt (LinkedIn copy-paste ready)
- Invisible Work Audit = table format (not checklist)
- Input language = "raw correspondence" (emails, transcripts, call notes — not "emails only")
- Numerals, not words in all marketing copy (3 not three, 6 not six). Exception: "One" as dramatic emphasis
- Setup directions (CYP): Open AI tool of choice > Settings > Custom Instructions > Upload > Save
- Setup directions (AOS): claude.ai > Customize > Skills > + > Upload a skill > .md file > toggle on
- Cross-page consistency: When a fix applies to one delivery page, propagate to all pages in the series
