Paste recent email threads from 3–5 different clients. The skill reads the relationship signals and tells you which clients are ready to refer you now, exactly what to say to each one, and when to send it.
Not based on gut feeling. Based on specific signals in their correspondence — how they communicate with you, what wins they’ve had, whether they’ve mentioned peers or their network.

Setup
First time using skills? You may need to enable Code execution first: Settings → Capabilities → toggle on “Code execution and file creation.” Skills require a Claude Pro account or higher.
Start a new conversation. Type “Run the Referral Activator” and paste recent email threads from 3–5 different clients — one thread per client.
Emails from them, emails to them, or both. The more recent the correspondence, the better the signal read.
One file. Upload it to Claude and you’re set.
