Paste recent email threads from 3–5 different clients. The skill reads the relationship signals and tells you which clients are ready to refer you now, exactly what to say to each one, and when to send it.

Setup

Install in 2 Minutes

  1. Go to claude.ai
  2. Click CustomizeSkills
  3. Click the + button
  4. Select Upload a skill
  5. Upload the .md file you downloaded below
  6. Toggle the skill on

First time using skills? You may need to enable Code execution first: Settings → Capabilities → toggle on “Code execution and file creation.” Skills require a Claude Pro account or higher.

Running It

Start a new conversation. Type “Run the Referral Activator” and paste recent email threads from 3–5 different clients — one thread per client.

Emails from them, emails to them, or both. The more recent the correspondence, the better the signal read.

Tips

Get More From Every Run

3-5 clients per run.Fewer than 3 doesn’t give enough contrast for prioritization. More than 5 makes the output unwieldy.
Use recent correspondence.Emails from the last 60 days give the best signal read. Older emails provide context but the scoring reflects the current relationship state.
Include both sides.Emails from the client AND emails you sent give the full picture — tone from both directions.
The messages are ready to send.Each HOT client message references specific details from their emails. Read it, adjust if needed, send it today.
