Content-from-Delivery Engine — Quick Start

You just got a free Claude skill. Here's how to use it.

What You Need

Setup (One Time)

Step 1: Enable Code Execution

Skills require Code execution to be enabled. If you've never turned this on:

  1. Click your name or initials in the bottom-left corner
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Capabilities
  4. Toggle on Code execution and file creation

If this is already on, skip to Step 2.

Step 2: Upload the Skill

  1. In the left sidebar, click the Customize icon (briefcase icon)
  2. Click Skills
  3. Click the "+" button
  4. Select "Upload a skill"
  5. Upload the .md file you received
  6. Toggle the skill on

That's it. The skill is installed.

Running the Skill

  1. Start a new conversation in Claude
  2. Type: "Turn this engagement into posts"
  3. Describe what you delivered — what the client's situation was, what you did, what changed
  4. Wait about 2 minutes

You'll get back a content package: 3 LinkedIn posts ready to copy-paste, a three-layer story extraction, a quality check, and a content score.

Tips

Bullet points work fine. You don't need polished prose. "Client was working 60-hr weeks. Built team structure. Revenue grew 30% next quarter." is enough to produce 3 solid posts.

Include at least one number. Dollar amounts, time saved, percentage improvement, timeline — one specific number makes every post stronger. "Reduced from 60 hours to 35" beats "reduced workload."

Run it right after delivery. The details are freshest right after you finish the work. Waiting 3 months means you've forgotten the specifics that make the posts compelling.

Paste a SOW if you have one. If you used the Scope-to-SOW Converter skill, paste the SOW together with your delivery notes. The skill maps the before (from the SOW) and the after (from your notes) automatically.

What to Paste

Any of these work:

The messier the better — the skill extracts the structure.
