Hey [Name] — thanks for commenting. Here's the skill:
https://advisoryos.ai/scope-to-sow-skill
That page has the skill file, setup instructions, and tips for getting the best output.
When you run it: answer the one question about what you charge, then paste a real prospect conversation — call notes, email thread, whatever you have. The scope protection section is the part most people don't expect.
Can you do me a favor? Reply back and let me know you were able to download it and add it to Claude.

Hey [Name] — did you run it on a prospect conversation yet?
The part that surprised me was the scope protection notes. It anticipated the 3 ways the engagement would expand before the kickoff call. That's the section I'd normally write after the first invoice dispute — not before.
Curious what it surfaced for you.
Send: 4 days after DM 2 (or when they reply)
You just sent a proposal in 3 minutes. When you close that deal and deliver — the next skill turns that delivery into content that brings in the next client.
It's called Content-from-Delivery. Drops in about a week.
Want me to send it to you directly?
Notes
- DM 1 highlights scope protection. "The part most people don't expect" — seeds curiosity for the feature that differentiates this from a generic proposal template. Also creates a reason to actually run it.
- DM 2 uses Kathryn's own experience. "I'd normally write after the first invoice dispute — not before." That's specific, relatable, and gives them a reason to try it if they haven't.
- DM 3 bridges to Skill #4. "You just sent a proposal... the next skill turns that delivery into content." The throughline: #1 intelligence → #2 revenue → #3 proposal → #4 content from the work. Each skill feeds the next action.
- No Intensive pitch in DMs. Relationship building only. Sell happens through email sequence and later LinkedIn posts.
- If they reply to DM 1 or 2 — have a real conversation. Skip the remaining sequence and engage directly.
