Last week I sent you a skill that turns client emails into a call prep brief.
This week I built the other half.
Same emails. Different lens.
The Client Intelligence Brief gives you the operational read — what's moving, what's stalling, what to say on the next call.
This one applies a revenue lens to the same data.
It looks for 6 specific signal types that practice owners read past every day because they're focused on delivery:
Scope that crept without a pricing conversation. Needs the client mentioned that map to services you offer but aren't selling. Upgrade language buried in casual questions. Invisible work you absorbed and never billed. Retention risk hiding in shorter emails. Referral readiness that nobody acted on.
For every signal it finds, it writes the email to open the conversation. Tied to something the client said. Ready to send.
I tested it on 4 emails from one of my own clients.
It found 12 signals across all 6 types. Scope that had crept across 4 workstreams without a pricing conversation. Invisible work I'd absorbed and never billed — project management, strategic advisory in email, between-session prep. A business event about to close that maps to 3 new system builds I hadn't proposed yet.
The upgrade script for the top opportunity took 30 seconds to review and send.
The skill makes the read for you in 2 minutes.

The page has the skill file and setup instructions. It asks 5 quick questions about the engagement, then you paste the emails. 2 minutes.
This is skill 2 of 5. More coming.

Source: Jenn/TRG revenue scan (2026-03-26). Anonymized in email.
Real numbers used: 12 signals, all 6 types, 4 emails, 4 workstreams, "30 seconds to review and send."
Open question: Did Kathryn send the PE acquisition upgrade script? Outcome = v2 proof line.
The email works without it. A real test story would make it hit harder.
Email 3 options (3-5 days later):
Depends on campaign pacing. If Intensive is Apr 21-23, Email 3 should land ~Apr 1-3.
