Get More From Every Run

Answer the 5 questions honestly. The scan can’t detect price misalignment or scope creep without knowing what the client pays and what the engagement was supposed to cover.
Paste raw correspondence. Emails, session recaps, call notes — not summaries. The skill reads their actual language for signals.
Run it monthly per client. Revenue signals evolve. A client who was steady last month may be showing upgrade language this month.
One client per run. Don’t mix emails from different clients. Each relationship gets its own scan.
