A client emailed me last week:

"Everyone is switching to Claude from ChatGPT. Do you have any insight?"

That's not a tech question.

She wants to know who's going to set it up right.

Your clients are sending someone this email right now.

Their accountant. A friend who "knows tech." The vendor who sold them their last software.

If your answer is "I'm still figuring it out" โ€” they'll find someone who isn't.

Have a point of view. Back it with a recommendation โ€” and a reason.

"Hold off on any decisions until we talk. I want to make sure we set it up the right way."

One sentence. It positions you as the guide โ€” and buys you the conversation.

That's advisory.
