Paste one call. Get your own question set back, marked up.
Paste one prospect call. The skill reads the whole thing before it marks anything, then hands your questions back to you with the dead ones flagged and the replacements already written.
A question isn’t dead because of how it’s worded. It’s dead because of what came back. That’s why this reads the answers, not just the questions.
No recording? Type out the questions you remember asking and it works from that. One call is enough — you don’t need a library.
Everything traces to something that was actually said on the call.
First time using skills? You may need to turn on code execution first: click your name in the bottom-left corner → Settings → Capabilities → toggle on Code execution and file creation. Skills require a Claude Pro account or higher.
Start a new conversation. Type “Run the Question Set Builder” and paste your call transcript — or type out the questions you remember asking.
Answer the one or two setup questions it asks you. Give it about two minutes.
One file. Upload it to Claude and you’re set.
