Setup

Install in Two Minutes

Go to claude.ai
In the left sidebar, click the Customize icon (the briefcase)
Click Skills
Click the + button, then Upload a skill
Upload the file you downloaded below
Toggle the skill on

First time using skills? You may need to turn on code execution first: click your name in the bottom-left corner → Settings → Capabilities → toggle on Code execution and file creation. Skills require a Claude Pro account or higher.

Running It

Start a new conversation. Type “Run the Question Set Builder” and paste your call transcript — or type out the questions you remember asking.

Answer the one or two setup questions it asks you. Give it about two minutes.

Get More From Every Run

One call. Not five. The audit is looking for the questions you ask every single time, and one call surfaces them. Two at once averages the pattern away.

Timestamps make the talk ratio exact. With them, the first-15-minute number is measured. Without them it’s estimated from turn share, and the skill tells you which one it used. Either way you get a number.

No recording is a real path, not a downgrade. The questions you remember are the ones you always ask — which is exactly the set worth auditing.

Don’t clean up the transcript first. Filler, crosstalk, half-finished sentences — leave them in. A question you abandoned halfway is a finding.

Run it again after the next call. Watch one number: how many questions came back dead. It should drop.
