Positioning
This is not a demo. We build together.
You bring real names from your pipeline. We build The 90-Second Pipeline™ — live, with your data — and you leave with something you made that you can use. Not a recording to rewatch. Not a template to fill in later. Something you built in the session.
This is what the membership looks like — one build session, real output. Today is the first piece. The membership goes deeper across all nine.
Format
- Live on Zoom
- 60 minutes build + 30 minutes Q&A
- $17
Pre-Work (Delivered Post-Purchase with Zoom Link)
After purchase, buyers receive:
- Zoom link — https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86209080156?pwd=eSiZQ4wVT05NLBODWrenacxBpeVrQU.1
- Pre-work instructions:
- Write down 5-10 names from your pipeline — prospects, past clients, stalled conversations, referral sources
- For each: name, how you know them, last contact, current status (hot / warm / cold / dead)
- Have Claude open (paid account required — skills need uploads)
That's it. No prep beyond your real data.
Agenda
Opening — The Framework (10 min)
Every practice owner has three problems:
- A product problem — you can't define what you sell clearly enough to price it, scope it, and stop giving it away.
- A pipeline problem — you don't have a way to generate leads that turn into clients on a regular basis.
- A process problem — you have trouble delivering consistently without everything running through you.
Show the WIN / DELIVER / GROW framework:
| Domain | What It Solves | The 3 Segments |
|---|---|---|
| WIN | The pipeline problem | The 90-Second Pipeline™ · The One-Page Close™ · The Proof Engine™ |
| DELIVER | The process problem | Day One Done™ · Never Wing It™ · Never Go Dark™ |
| GROW | The product problem | The Scope Lock™ · Never Lose a Client™ · Educate & Delegate™ |
"You need all three working to have a business. Today we're building one piece of WIN — The 90-Second Pipeline™. You'll see the full map. We'll build one piece of it together."
The Build (30 min)
Step 1 — Load the pipeline (5 min) Everyone enters their 5-10 names into the workspace. Name, relationship, last contact, status.
Step 2 — Run the Pipeline Review (10 min) The system reads the entire pipeline at once. It:
- Identifies who's going cold and why
- Spots patterns across the whole list (not one at a time)
- Ranks by priority — who needs attention NOW vs. next week vs. let go
Walk through the output. Point out what it did that a single prompt can't — it looked at the whole pipeline and made different calls for different people.
Step 3 — Generate the Follow-Up Strategy (10 min) Pipeline Review's output feeds directly into the follow-up. The system:
- Takes each prioritized contact
- Prescribes a different strategy per person (re-engage vs. nudge vs. direct ask vs. let go)
- Writes the actual outreach — personalized to their situation and relationship
"The review told you WHO. The follow-up tells you WHAT TO SAY. That's what a system does — one step feeds the next."
Step 4 — Trigger Referral Asks (10 min) The system identifies which contacts are ready for a referral ask — and writes the ask. The system:
- Scans the pipeline for contacts with the right relationship strength and timing
- Generates a specific referral ask for each — based on the relationship and what they know about your work
- Not a generic "know anyone?" template — a targeted ask per contact
"You didn't have to guess who to ask. The system looked at every relationship and identified the ones where a referral ask makes sense right now."
Step 5 — Name What Just Happened (5 min) "Look at your screen. You have a prioritized pipeline, personalized outreach, and referral asks for every name on your list. That's The 90-Second Pipeline™ — three skills wired together. The first piece of WIN."
"The membership builds all nine. Each one deepens through four levels. Today you built Level 3 — Delegate — of one piece."
Q&A (10 min)
Real questions from the build. Keep it tactical — "how do I adjust this for my practice type?" is gold. Redirect theory questions.
The Offer (10 min)
The bridge: "What we just did — that's what the membership is. We build together. Each month we go deeper on a different piece of the framework. Your data, real output you use. Each build connects to the others."
The four levels: "Today you built Level 3 — Delegate. You wired three skills into one system. The membership takes each piece through all four levels:
- Structure — Document how you do it. Make it repeatable. Manual but consistent.
- Streamline — Build a skill so you don't start from scratch. Run it, get output.
- Delegate — Wire skills into a system. One input, multiple outputs. (That's what we did today.)
- Autonomous — The system runs itself. You get results, not requests."
What the membership includes:
- Monthly build sessions — deeper than today, working across all 9 segments
- 90-min deploy session with Kathryn — walk through, customize for your practice type
- 60-90 min build session — troubleshoot, refine, integrate with previous builds
- Recordings + system assets if you miss live
Pricing:
- Founding rate: $27/mo through June 20
- After June 20, the price increases
- Your rate stays the same as long as you're a member
"What you built today is yours. The membership is for people who want to keep building."
Walk-Away Value
Every attendee leaves with:
- Something they built with their own data — not a template, not a demo recording
- A prioritized pipeline, personalized outreach, and referral asks they can send tomorrow
- The WIN / DELIVER / GROW framework — they see the full map and where today fits
- The experience of building with Kathryn — that's what the membership feels like
Conversion Levers
- They built, not watched. The session is the proof — they experienced the membership format.
- The map creates desire. They see 8 more segments beyond what we started today.
- The maturity model creates depth. Three levels per segment means there's always more to build.
- Pricing rewards action. $27 today. Goes up $10/week. It never comes back down.
- Lock-in creates urgency. Rate is locked for life as long as they stay.
- No bait-and-switch. What they built is theirs whether they join or not.
Open Questions
- [ ] Platform for the live build — Claude directly? Notion workspace they duplicate?
- [ ] Practice-type variations — does the build adjust per vertical or is it universal?
- [ ] Where does the membership price cap? (Let data from first workshop inform this)
