2. Prepare your pipeline list
Write down 5–10 names from your pipeline — prospects, past clients, stalled conversations, referral sources.
For each person, note:
- Their name
- How you know them
- When you last spoke
- Where things stand
That's it. Bring this list and have Claude open when we start.
What happens on June 3:
