Post-Workshop Email Sequence — The 90-Second Pipeline™ Workshop
Drafted by: Sloane (Producer) Date: 2026-05-29 Voice reference: reference/core/voice.md Delivery email reference: workshop-delivery-email.md Sequence plan reference: workshop-email-sequence-plan.md (Buyer Sequence → Post-Workshop) Status: Draft — needs Kathryn review Platform: MailerLite automation (triggered by workshop completion or manual send)
Email 1 — Recording + Recap
Timing: Same day, ~2 hours after workshop ends (June 3, evening) Job: Deliver the recording. Name what they built. Reinforce walk-away value. Sells: No. Pure delivery.
Subject: Your recording + what you built today Preview text: Prioritized pipeline. Personalized outreach. Referral asks. All yours.
Here's your recording from today's build session:
What's on your screen right now:
A prioritized pipeline — every name ranked by who needs attention now, who can wait, and who to let go.
Personalized outreach for each contact — not one template applied to everyone. A different strategy per person based on the relationship and timing.
Referral asks — written for the contacts where the relationship and timing make sense.
You built that. With your data. In 60 minutes.
One thing to do before Friday:
Send one outreach message. Pick the one that felt most ready when you read it. Send it tomorrow morning. The system did the thinking — now you execute.
The rest of the outreach and referral asks are there when you're ready. They don't expire.

Email 2 — Value Reinforcement
Timing: Next day (June 4) Job: Move them from "I attended a workshop" to "I have a working system I can run again." Reinforce that what they built isn't a one-time output — it's a repeatable capability. Sells: No. Soft bridge at most.
Subject: You have a system now — here's how to use it this week Preview text: It's not a one-time output. Run it again whenever your pipeline changes.
Yesterday you built The 90-Second Pipeline™ with your data.
Today I want to make sure you know what you actually have.
It's not a document. It's a system you can run again.
When a new prospect enters your pipeline — add them and run it. When a contact goes cold — run it. When you haven't looked at your pipeline in two weeks and you can feel the drift — run it.
The three skills are wired together. Pipeline Review feeds the Follow-Up Writer. The Follow-Up Writer feeds the Referral Ask Builder. You don't re-enter data between steps. You don't decide what goes where. The system routes it.
That's the difference between Level 2 and Level 3.
Level 2 is running a skill one at a time. You get output, but you're the router — copying, pasting, deciding what to do next.
Level 3 is a wired system. One input. Multiple outputs. Each step feeds the next. You review the result instead of producing it.
You're at Level 3 on pipeline follow-up now. That happened yesterday.
This week: Run it once more with any names you've added or updated since the workshop. See how fast it goes the second time.

Email 3 — Membership Bridge
Timing: Day 3 (June 5) Job: Bridge from "I built one system" to "there are eight more." Introduce the membership. No pressure — the build experience is the proof. Sells: Yes. Membership link. No hard close.
Subject: One system down, eight to go Preview text: What you built was one piece of WIN. Here's the rest of the map.
On Tuesday you built The 90-Second Pipeline™ — the first piece of WIN.
WIN is one of three domains. Pipeline is one of three systems inside it. And what you built was one level of that system.
Here's the full map:
WIN — The pipeline problem → The 90-Second Pipeline™ ← you built this → The One-Page Close™ → The Proof Engine™
DELIVER — The process problem → Day One Done™ → Never Wing It™ → Never Go Dark™
GROW — The product problem → The Scope Lock™ → Never Lose a Client™ → Educate & Delegate™
Nine systems. Each one deepens through four levels — Structure, Streamline, Delegate, Autonomous.
You're at Level 3 on one piece of one system. That's real. And it took 60 minutes.
The membership builds the rest.
Monthly build sessions — same format as Tuesday. We build together, live, with your data. Each month we go deeper on a different piece of the framework.
What's included:
- 90-min deploy session — walk through with me, customize for your practice type
- 60-90 min build session — troubleshoot, refine, integrate with previous builds
- Recordings + system assets — if you miss live, you still get everything
$27/mo — the founding rate through June 20.
After June 20, the price increases. Your rate stays the same as long as you're a member.
What you built Tuesday is yours no matter what. The membership is for people who want to keep building.

Sequence Notes
Tone calibration: These emails match the delivery email's tone — direct, informational, no hype. Kathryn sounds like herself: calm authority, specific about what they built, zero sales pressure until Email 3, and even then it's factual, not persuasive.
Maturity framing: Email 2 introduces Level 2 vs. Level 3 explicitly. Email 3 shows the full map (nine systems, four levels). This matches the corrected deck framing (see deck-copy-review.md).
Length: Short. Email 1 is ~150 words. Email 2 is ~200 words. Email 3 is ~250 words. Practice owners will scan these on their phone between clients.
What's needed from Kathryn:
- Recording link (Email 1)
- Membership link (Email 3)
- Confirm $27/mo founding rate and June 20 deadline
Email 4 — Rate-Lock Expiry
Timing: Wednesday, June 18 Job: Name the deadline. One job. No re-selling the membership. Sells: Yes — but factual, not persuasive. One CTA. QC: Copy QC passed (0 P1, 0 P2 after revision). Sentence Editor passed.
Subject: The $27/mo rate closes Friday Preview text: After June 20, the price goes up. Here's what to know before it does.
The founding rate for Practice Builders OS — $27 per month — closes this Friday, June 20.
After that, the price increases. I haven't locked the new number, but it won't be $27/mo.
If you've been considering the membership, this is your window.
Here's what $27/mo gets you: nine core systems built for advisory practices — designed to run without you hovering. You go at your pace. Your rate locks as long as you stay.
No pressure. But the rate is real, the deadline is fixed, and Friday is two days out.
