Preheader (preview text)

Here's what you'll hear from me — and one thing you can do right now if you want.

Email Body

Subject: You're on the list.

You're on the Build waitlist.

Here's what you'll hear from me:

→ When the next Build is scheduled, you'll get the date, the outline, and a link to register before it goes public.

→ When Practice Builders OS opens for founding members (happening in the next few weeks), you'll get first access and founding pricing before the public open.

→ Occasionally — not often — I'll send something useful: a pattern I'm seeing in professional services practices, a new AI skill I've built, or a story from a practice owner whose system started running.

That's it. No daily emails. No "don't miss this" panic. When I send something, there's a reason.

One thing you can do right now if you want:

The Practice Command Center is live. It's 5 AI skills plus the Practice Brain — $7, one-time, install in about five minutes.

Skills are the starting point. Systems — which is what The Build delivers — are the next level up. If you want to start with the skills before the next Build runs, that's the fastest way in.

Get the Practice Command Center — $7 →

If not, no pressure. You're on the list regardless. I'll be in touch when there's news.

MailerLite automation setup

  1. Create group: Build Waitlist
  2. Create form on /the-build page that submits to this group
  3. Automation trigger: subscriber added to Build Waitlist group
  4. First email (this one): sends immediately, 0 delay
  5. After this email, subscriber enters the Build Waitlist Nurture sequence (separate file)

Segmentation notes

If a subscriber is in multiple groups (e.g., CIB Subscribers AND Build Waitlist), they receive emails from both sequences. This is fine — both sequences reference Practice Command Center, which is the consistent offer. The only risk is timing overlap; if it becomes an issue later, add logic to skip Build Waitlist nurture for people already in CIB Subscribers (or vice versa).
