OTO2 Curated Skill Bundles
Skills selected by system workflow — what the Project Instructions actually call on. Names are exact matches from the canonical 52-skill reference.
Consulting Practice — 15 Skills
Selected to power five system workflows: weekly rhythm, new business, onboarding, delivery cycle, and practice development.
| # | Skill Name | System Workflow |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Weekly Pipeline Review | Weekly rhythm — Monday pipeline and priorities |
| 2 | Follow-Up Sequence Writer | Weekly rhythm — re-engagement for cold prospects |
| 3 | Session Prep Brief | Weekly rhythm + delivery — before any client session |
| 4 | Session Recap Writer | Delivery — after any client session |
| 5 | Action Item Tracker | Delivery — captures commitments and next steps |
| 6 | Diagnostic Call Prep | New business — before discovery calls |
| 7 | Stakeholder Map Builder | New business — map decision-makers before proposals |
| 8 | Proposal Builder | New business — produce the proposal |
| 9 | SOW Generator | New business — lock scope after acceptance |
| 10 | Engagement Kickoff Agenda | Onboarding — first meeting sets the rhythm |
| 11 | Client Intake Questionnaire Builder | Onboarding — collect what's needed to start |
| 12 | Scope Creep Response | Delivery — protect scope mid-engagement |
| 13 | Progress Update Builder | Delivery — client-facing status updates |
| 14 | Pricing Review Analyzer | Practice development — quarterly fee analysis |
| 15 | Case Study Builder | Practice development — capture proof from outcomes |
Why 15 instead of 12
The Skill Maps top 12 was missing the delivery cycle — no Session Recap Writer, no Action Item Tracker, no Progress Update Builder. The system can't run a complete session cycle (prep → session → recap → action items) without those three. Cutting them would leave a gap in the core workflow the buyer uses daily.
What's NOT included (and why)
- Cold Outreach Personalizer — covered by Follow-Up Sequence Writer for warm re-engagement; cold outreach is a separate workflow not central to the system
- Referral Ask Builder — valuable but not a daily system workflow
- Change Order Builder — Scope Creep Response handles the same trigger with broader utility
- All Content & Visibility skills except Case Study Builder — content production is a separate system, not the core operating rhythm
CPA / Accounting Practice — 13 Skills
Selected to power five system workflows: tax season operations, off-season development, client lifecycle, fee management, and practice planning.
| # | Skill Name | System Workflow |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Capacity Planner | Tax season + operations — bandwidth across both seasons |
| 2 | Process Bottleneck Identifier | Tax season — diagnose what broke, fix for next year |
| 3 | SOP Writer | Tax season + operations — document processes for delegation |
| 4 | Client Onboarding Welcome Sequence | Client lifecycle — new client intake communications |
| 5 | Engagement Kickoff Agenda | Client lifecycle — first meeting scope-setting |
| 6 | Client Intake Questionnaire Builder | Client lifecycle — collect engagement inputs |
| 7 | Quarterly Business Review Prep | Client lifecycle — advisory client QBRs |
| 8 | Client Profitability Analyzer | Fee management — which clients make money |
| 9 | Pricing Review Analyzer | Fee management — analyze fees against work performed |
| 10 | Fee Increase Announcement | Fee management — draft the increase communication |
| 11 | Offer Suite Designer | Off-season — build advisory tiers beyond compliance |
| 12 | Follow-Up Sequence Writer | Off-season — nurture advisory prospects |
| 13 | Annual Plan Builder | Practice planning — 12-month rhythm with seasonal reality |
Why 13 instead of 12
The Skill Maps top 12 was missing Client Intake Questionnaire Builder. The system runs a three-step onboarding workflow (welcome sequence → kickoff agenda → intake questionnaire). Without the intake step, onboarding is incomplete — the CPA starts working without the inputs they need.
What's NOT included (and why)
- Session Prep Brief / Session Recap Writer — CPA advisory sessions are less frequent than consulting; QBR Prep covers the primary meeting type
- Proposal Builder / SOW Generator — CPA practices use engagement letters, not proposals; the system's onboarding workflow handles the equivalent
- Scope Creep Response — less common in accounting (work is typically defined by tax form or service type); Fee Increase Announcement handles the pricing conversation instead
- All Content & Visibility skills — not part of the CPA practice operating rhythm
