Four Sequences — How They Connect
EXISTING CIB LIST (one-time)
Existing List Sequence (2 emails, 3 days)
→ If they buy → exits, enters Sequence B
→ If they don't → stays on CIB Subscribers list for future offers
NEW CIB OPT-INS (evergreen)
→ Buys on thank-you page?
YES → Sequence B (buyer nurture)

SEQUENCE B: BUYER NURTURE — CIB CONTEXT (evergreen)

→ B8 is the final email (B9-B11 permanently cut — May 24, 2026)
→ 2-day delay → Nurture B transition email → long-term nurture
→ If they join PBOS at any point → exits, enters PBOS onboarding (separate build)
SEQUENCE C: BUYER NURTURE — SLO / NO CIB CONTEXT (evergreen)
8 emails, 17 days → evergreen close (reply CTA)
→ For buyers from Meta ad → SLO sales page (no CIB opt-in)
→ 2-day delay → Nurture B transition email → long-term nurture (same track as Sequence B)
→ If they join PBOS at any point → exits, enters PBOS onboarding (separate build)

Why automation, not campaign: The exit condition (purchase removes them mid-sequence) only works in automations. Manual campaigns can't exit subscribers mid-sequence.
After sequence ends: Non-buyers remain on "CIB Subscribers" list. They'll receive future offers and long-term nurture content per nurture-long-term-system.md.
Automation 2: Sequence A (Cold Traffic Non-Buyers)

Segmentation Rules
- One selling sequence at a time. A subscriber never receives parallel selling tracks. Purchase events move them between sequences.
- Group membership is permanent. A subscriber in "Skill Maps Buyers" stays in that group forever, even after joining PBOS.
- PBOS members are excluded from all tripwire selling. Once they join PBOS, they exit all sequences above and enter the PBOS member track.
- Existing list sequence runs once. After it completes, new CIB opt-ins enter Sequence A (the evergreen cold-traffic automation), not the existing list sequence.
