Belief-Shift Visual System — Practice Builders Skin
Deep Teal #0f2d3e · Gold #b79d64 · Cream #f1ede6 · Fraunces + Montserrat · 1080×1350px (4:5) · Warm Professional
Same six layouts as the AOS skin, warmer register. Identical structure so the two brands stay sequenced, not random — only the skin changes (teal for charcoal, Fraunces for Cormorant, Montserrat for Inter). Old-vs-new uses a warmer terracotta/sage pairing instead of AOS muted red/green.
Production path (validated): screenshot the full-size cards below, combine to a PDF for a LinkedIn document post, or export a single card as an image. Owned path, no external tool.
Card 7 (belief-4) is HELD pending Reid's DFY / DIY / advisory rebalance.
1 · Math Post carousel
One escalating number per slide → total cost. Same accrual structure as AOS; gold serif figure, running total at base, reframe on the final slide.

Practice Builders
Slide type A — single figureOne number, gold, centered. Warmer teal ground, Fraunces figure. Body names what it measures in plain, approachable language.
5/5
The total
That's 1,560 hours
Five years of the same work you never wrote down. One system changes the math.
Practice Builders
Slide type B — the totalAccumulated number lands in gold. Body reframes and bridges softly. Voice a touch warmer than AOS — "you never wrote down" over "living in one person's head."
2 · Old Way vs New Way split
Old column longer, new column shorter. Practice Builders palette: terracotta (#c97a5a) for old, sage (#6aa77a) for new — warmer than AOS muted red/green, same complexity-vs-simplicity logic.
Old way
More moving parts
- Everything through you
- Answers in your inbox
- Re-explaining the same steps
- Nothing written down
- Work stalls when you're out
New way
Fewer, in place
- The system answers
- Written once, runs itself
Old-vs-new splitOld column carries more rows — the visual weight is the argument. Terracotta/sage, marker glyphs carry the coding so it reads at thumbnail.
3 · Pattern-reveal card — "You think X. Actually Y."
Two stacked panels, used sparingly. Belief on top (muted), truth below (gold reveal).
You think
The problem is
not enough hours.
Actually
The problem is
everything runs
through you.
Two-panel revealDivider marks the pivot. One idea only. Reserve for genuine reframes — sharpest instrument in the set.
4 · Proof card — testimonial + named number
Restrained testimonial, one figure in a gold callout. Gold appears once. Slightly warmer callout fill than AOS.
"The work that used to live in my head now runs without me."

Practice Builders
Proof cardOne quote, one number, one attribution. Gold callout is the single focal point. Role-anonymized unless Kathryn has named-use permission.
5 · Origin / peer card — headshot + one-line philosophy
Headshot + one line. Warmer and more approachable than AOS — peer register, not editorial distance. Real headshot asset available at the CYP convertri URL (see spec).

Practice Builders
Origin / peer cardWarmer philosophy line than AOS — invitational ("let's build") vs declarative. Real circular headshot, gold ring. Anchors a sequence in a real person.
6 · Cost-of-inaction card — arithmetic of waiting
The math of waiting. Amber #c49a4a for the waiting state — shared with AOS, NOT alarm-red. Steady, not hyped.
The cost of waiting
Wait one quarter · $18K
Wait two · $36K
Wait a year · $72K
$72,000
The bottleneck doesn't pause while you decide.
Practice Builders
Cost-of-inaction cardAmber, never red. Escalating lines then total in large amber Fraunces. Plain closing line, no urgency theater.
7 · Behind-the-build card — HELD
Held pending Reid's rebalance of belief 4 across DFY / DIY / advisory. Placeholder only.
