Created: 2026-06-19 What this is: Campaign One of the one-time, done-for-you agentic product line (per business-aos/decisions/2026-06-16-agentic-done-for-you-pipeline-product.md). The job: pipeline reactivation. Sold via an automated 16-send email arc to the existing list (CIB opt-ins + SLO buyers). NOT a subscription (killed 6/16).

Funnel placement

Evergreen MailerLite automation. Enrolls after the front sequences so it never sells over an active ascension: buyers after Seq B (Day 17), CIB-only after Seq A (Day 8, no purchase). Sells the agentic product; on purchase → exit → intake + manual fulfillment (Kathryn runs + QCs, v1).

The rule baked into the arc

Never frame what they already bought as "less than." The agent runs the skills they already own (Weekly Pipeline Review + Re-Engagement Writer) — their purchase is the engine's parts. Belief spine from live Seq B: the skills work, the output is real, what's missing is the system that runs them. "Assists → runs."
