Advisory OS

Brand Kit

v1.2 — February 2026
Color Palette
The Advisory OS palette anchors in charcoal and cream — dark enough to feel boardroom-ready, warm enough to avoid feeling corporate. Gold is the signature accent across both Advisory OS and Creating Your Plan. It should be used deliberately, never generously.

Typography
Cormorant Garamond carries all headlines — elegant, editorial, with presence. Inter handles everything functional — body copy, labels, UI. The pairing reads strategic partner, not corporate machine.

Advisory OS replaces reactive consulting with a systematic engine. Every practice gets a methodology layer, a solution library, and a client-specific instance — three layers that compound over time.
Small — 13px / Regular 400
Phase 1 closes by the 7th–8th business day. Financials finalized by the 15th. Pooja owns the cycle.

Signature Elements
These are the visual fingerprints that make an Advisory OS deliverable recognizable instantly. Every document, tool, or page should use at least one.
Gold Accent Bar
3px gold bar beneath headers or as section dividers. The single most recognizable AOS element. Width varies by context — 40px–80px typical.
Gold Border Frame
Featured Content
1px gold border on cards or callout boxes for emphasis. Use sparingly — one per section maximum. Signals "this is the thing to pay attention to."
Gold Underline
Section Title
2px gold underline on section titles as an alternative to the accent bar. Works well in documents and presentations where the bar feels too heavy.
Gold Scrollbar
Custom scrollbar in gold on charcoal. Applied to all web-based deliverables — landing pages, tools, interactive documents. Subtle but unmistakable.
Brand Voice
Advisory OS speaks like a senior partner who's built the thing they're advising on. Not a vendor. Not a coach. A strategic operator.
Direct
Lead with the point, not the preamble. Cut the warm-up paragraphs. If there's a hard truth, say it.
Precise
Name the specific constraint, not the vague category. "Your close cycle bleeds 4 days" not "your operations could improve."
Warm
Authoritative doesn't mean cold. This is someone who's been where you are and built the way out. Empathy without softening.
Systematic
Everything has a framework, a process, a layer. Language reflects methodology — "three-layer architecture," "constraint priority," "assembly line."
Usage Rules
Do
Use gold for accents only — bars, borders, labels, CTAs
Maintain charcoal as the dominant background on dark layouts
Keep Cormorant Garamond at Light (300) or Regular (400) for headlines — never Bold
Use cream (#f5f4f0) for body text on dark, not pure white
Apply at least one signature element per deliverable
Use slate blue for hover states and secondary interaction cues
Don't
Use gold as a background color or fill large areas with it
Mix AOS charcoal palette with CYP teal palette in one document
Set Cormorant Garamond below 18px — switch to Inter for small text
Use pure black (#000000) — always use charcoal (#1a1a1a) or deep charcoal (#2a2a2a)
Use Inter for headlines or Cormorant for body copy — keep the roles clean
Apply gold to more than 2 elements in a single viewport

Semantic Colors
The core palette (sections 01–06) governs outward-facing content — thought leadership, tools, landing pages. Internal delivery documents (master plans, constraint matrices, project trackers) need an extended palette to represent status, ownership, severity, and progression. These colors layer on top of the core palette, never replace it.
Color discipline depends on context. In outward-facing documents (landing pages, tools, thought leadership), colors serve design roles — accent, hover, depth, hierarchy. In internal delivery documents, every color carries one functional meaning. A color represents a status, an owner, or a state — not decoration. Client brand skills define the specific mappings per engagement, but the discipline is universal: if it's a delivery document, every color is data.
Status
Success
Success
#4a7c6f
--success
Solved constraints, implemented recommendations, wins, completed items, deployed status
Warning
Warning
#a08347
--warning
GPS "Changed" marker, presented status, pattern tags (Recurring, Escalating), caution states
Danger
Danger
#8b4049
--danger
GPS "Escalated" marker, critical themes, urgent constraints
Ownership
Action items, deploy chains, and task assignments use ownership badges. Each role gets one color. These are the AOS defaults — client brand skills override these mappings per engagement (e.g., Crulliance maps gold to team lead, copper to client approver, steel blue to advisor).
Gold form-factor rule. Gold serves both decorative and ownership roles in delivery documents. The form factor carries the distinction: ownership always uses badge, dot, or tag shapes. Decoration always uses bars, underlines, or borders. Never use a gold-bordered card or gold-filled panel to indicate ownership.
